Welcome to Op COURAGE South East Region

Free NHS mental health service for ex-military personnel, reservists and service leavers in:

Kent, Surrey and Sussex
Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and Oxfordshire

They are a health service created by veterans, for veterans.

Their team are here to help you get the treatment and support you need to start feeling better again.

Get help

Make a referral

You can get treatment and support in several ways:

Refer yourself directly through their form or by phone
Ask a family member or friend to refer you through our form or by phone (they must have your permission)
Ask your GP to refer you
Ask a charity or a health professional to refer you

Their referrals team can be contacted during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, at gateway@berkshire.nhs.uk or on 0300 365 2000 (press option 4).

You will be asked to confirm your service number when you refer yourself so please make sure you have this to hand.

They will then arrange a time for you to meet a clinician to have a review to make sure you get the right care and support.
