Smokefree - support for people aged 11 to 25
New Smoking and Vaping Service for Children and Young People in Surrey
Catch22 Surrey Young People’s Substance Use Service (SYPSUS) are pleased to share that they are now providing specialist support for 11–25-year-olds who would like help reducing or stopping vaping and/or smoking tobacco. They offer:
- Individually tailored support for young people aged 11–25
- Support in setting and achieving “stop dates”
- One-to-one support for young people and their families/carers
- Outreach and engagement within the community
- Information and harm-reduction advice
- Targeted support for identified groups of children and young people in educational settings
Referrals can be made by anyone, including the young person themselves. Please ensure consent from the young person is obtained before making a referral. The referral form is available here.
